Gregory David James

Director

Gregory James was Heading Group Audit and Industrial Assets at Glencore International, one of the world's largest suppliers of commodities and raw materials to industrial consumers. His expertise includes auditing, financial controlling and planning as well as mergers and acquisitions. Mr. James is a Chartered Accountant (SA), obtained a Higher Diploma in Accounting and a Bachelor of Commerce from Rhodes University in South Africa.

Dr. Matthias Oertle

Founding Member

Matthias Oertle is a partner at Lenz & Staehelin, a leading Swiss law firm. His special expertise includes banking and capital market law, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and information technology. Matthias Oertle has written numerous articles in the area of corporate law and corporate finance. He is a graduate of the University of Zurich.

Prof. Ulrich Steger

Director

Ulrich Steger holds the Alcan Chair for Environmental Management at IMD, Switzerland, and leads IMD‘s research on Complexity, Corporate Sustainability and Global Corporate Governance. His main current involvement is with Board Programs for the Malaysian Academy of Directors and similar events around the world.  He is the author of numerous publications and his articles have been translated into more than 10 languages. His recent books include: Inside the Mind of Stakeholders (2006), Managing Complexity in Global Organizations (2007) and Corporate Governance - Concepts and Cases (forthcoming early 2008).
